Mobile Hotspots

The Chester County Library System is upgrading to a new, user-friendly hot spot reservation system in November!
This upgrade will make it easier than ever to manage your library experience — from registering for programs to reserving hotspots and museum passes — all in one convenient place.
Please note:

• Make your hot spot reservations for visits through November 10 now.
• We will temporarily pause new reservations from November 1–9 as we transition systems.
• Existing reservations during this period will be honored.

You will need a valid library card number and know your library card’s Personal Identification Number (PIN) to place a reservation.  Please contact the library if you have any questions or need assistance with placing a reservation.

The Chester County Library and Henrietta Hankin Branch are partnering with T-Mobile to offer mobile hotspots to our customers for $2.00 per day.  The Library hotspot program allows library card holders to access unlimited, high-speed Internet service anywhere a T-Mobile signal can be received.  Connect up to thirty-two devices at a time, including desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, etc.  Perfect for those who have no Internet access at home, are going on vacation, or taking their business on the road.
