Healthy Choices for the New Year!
If you are ready for a fresh start as we begin the new decade in 2020, consider joining us for a class on Yoga and Nutrition. If you are tired of feeling out of sorts, maybe it’s what you are eating that’s eating you! Area Yoga teacher and Yoga Therapist, Angela Megasko, RYT500 will share some ideas that we can put into practice that will help us make more mindful choices when it comes to food and our overall health.
Attending this class will get your new year started off right, getting you on the path you were born to live. Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and a bottle of water. This class will include lecture, breath work, simple Yoga movement, and relaxation.
