As of July 1, 2022, the Chester County Library will no longer offer Curbside Pick-Up. If you prefer a contactless method of pick-up, try our outdoor HoldIt Locker.

The HoldIt Locker is a system that allows customers the flexibility to pick up holds from an outdoor locker any time of day or night, even when the library is closed. You can find more information about using the Chester County HoldIt Locker here.

The Henrietta Hankin Branch will continue to offer Curbside Pick-Up service on an informal basis until further notice. This service is available during the library’s open hours. To have your items delivered to you outside, just call the library at 610-344-4191 when you arrive and allow a few minutes for processing your checkouts.

Please note that if you have items to pick-up at the Chester County Library or Henrietta Hankin Branch, walk-ins are welcome for indoor holds pick-up with no appointment necessary.
