Pam Bennett

I am a cataloguer in the Technical Services Department, specifically focused on cataloging the DVDs for all 18 libraries in the Chester County Library System.  On Friday afternoons I enjoy working at the MultiMedia desk where I help find movies, place holds on desired items and answer OverDrive questions.  I joined the Chester County Library in 2009 after volunteering at the Henrietta Hankin Library, having completed my Masters in Library and Information Science at Drexel University in 2008.

I have always loved books -- history books, novels, pop-up books, books of maps and making books.  I like to travel, often visiting local libraries as well as the Library of Congress, the Ashmolean Museum at Oxford University and the Library of Trinity College Dublin.  In my spare time I lead a monthly book discussion at my church, and am a freelance calligrapher.
