Pilates improves balance, flexibility, and tones muscle groups resulting in a stream-lined physique. The session is taught with modifications so all ages and levels can enjoy the class. A mind-body connection is experienced and overall well-being is increased. Sessions throughout the summer will be listed on our event calendar. These sessions will be taught by Lynn Napoletano, Certified Mat I and II Pilates instructor.
A Zoom link will be emailed to registrants 2 hours before the program starts. Make sure to check the email address you registered with to receive the link. You do not need a Zoom account to attend this virtual program. You will need to submit a registration form for each session you wish to attend.
