March 2021 Update

March 2021 Update

The staff at the Chester County Library and Henrietta Hankin Branch have been working hard to help ensure the safety and well-being of all patrons visiting our buildings as well as our staff. We have hand sanitizer stations in various locations, demarcated traffic patterns, signage throughout all library areas, and have furniture placed to be socially-distanced. We also require that face masks covering both the nose and mouth are to be worn at all times while in the libraries.

Chester County has seen a decrease of COVID-19 cases in the last few weeks and in light of these improved numbers, Chester County Library and Henrietta Hankin Branch will be opening limited seating to the public for two hours from March 1, 2021. Unfortunately group seating will not be available at this time. Browsing will still be limited to 30 minutes and computer usage in the computer areas to one hour. Curbside pickup and contactless checkout will still be available.
