“Either a Borrower or a Lender Be.”

Chester County Library’s very own Jon Finkel and Carol Welch won Online Computer Library Center’s (OCLC) national button slogan contest with their entry “Either a Borrower or a Lender Be.”  Five representatives from OCLC stopped by the library Tuesday morning, December 13th to surprise and congratulate Jon and Carol on their winning slogan, which received 80% of the total votes.  Their slogan will be featured on OCLC’s website as well as at American Library Association’s Midwinter Meeting in Atlanta, GA and Annual Conference in Chicago, IL.  Congratulations Jon and Carol!
