Science in the Summer
GSK Science in the Summer is a fun and free science education program sponsored by GSK and administered by The Franklin Institute, which introduces students to the wonderful and fascinating world of science. Through classes held at local public libraries and taught by certified teachers, this program gets kids excited about science with hands-on experiments. Classes are small with 20 students each, so be sure to register early!

Hands-on science classes for students entering Grades 2 through 6 featuring classes in Science of Me(Biology), Science of Space(Astronomy), Science of Sports(Physics), and new classes are added each year.
Two days of two-hour classes – Monday – Tuesday or Wednesday - Thursday
Children must attend every class
Parent may register children during the month of May.
