Adult Application Form
Minor's Application Form (under 18 years of age)

When applying in person, applicants must be present at the library to obtain their new card. Parent or guardian must sign and show valid ID for application of a minor under 18 years of age.

Re-register/Renew Your Card
To increase efficiency, reduce costs and improve service the Chester County Library System is currently updating and digitizing our patron account records. After re-registering, accounts will expire every three years.

If you obtained your library card prior to June 2013 you need to:

  • Re-register your library card at any member library

  • Complete a new application form

  • Present ID that verifies current address

Library cards obtained prior to June 2013 that have not been re-registered as described above expired on July 4, 2016.

Not sure when you got your library card? Check your account expiration date online at My Account or contact the Circulation Desk, circdesk@ccls.org or 610-280-2650.
