Digital Discovery Center

Thanks to a generous grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services, the Digital Discovery Center opened at the Henrietta Hankin Branch in 2014.  The purpose of the Center is to increase digital literacy for those with limited skills with computers and handheld devices. The Center is equipped with the devices such as an iPad Air, Microsoft Surface Tablet and a 23” Windows 10 Touchscreen All-in-One Computer.  You are welcome to practice on any of these devices or you can bring your own and we will be happy to help you.

We offer one-on-one sessions on such topics as Computer Basics for Older AdultsEmail Basics, eBooks 101, Skype 101, or we can customize a session for you.  We are also available to answer any other technology related questions you might have.

If you would like to schedule a one hour, one-on-one session, stop by the Henrietta Hankin Branch Reference Desk, call 610-321-1710, or email us at hhreference@ccls.org.
